Paper Products

I have an unnatural obsession with paper products and school supplies.  Sometimes I

wish I was still a student just for the school supplies, not the actual work, just

the fun notebooks and pens...I could go on and on.

Over the weekend I ventured around town to a couple of stores and I

thought I would share the few things I picked up.

At TJ Maxx I found these really cute folders that I thought could help

liven up my desk a little...the top ones are little owls.

SUPER CUTE!

The other two are journals/notebooks:

The top one is red leather with a bicycle imprint and I am going to use that one to log my food and exercise.  The green one is for this blog so I can write down my ideas anytime they hit.

These cute little notepads are from Michaels...as soon as I saw them I knew I had to have them.  They were also on the dollar rack so that makes them even better.

I thought the pen kind of went with the whole set so I decided to pick that up as well.

I couldn't help myself!

Oh How Pinteresting...

I have honestly been in a little bit of a funk lately and I seriously need to find my way out of it.  I am not happy with a few things going on and I have been praying constantly for some guidance and patience.  

So for today I am linking up with the lovely Michelle from The Vintage Apple and I have decided to pin some quotes that are giving me a little inspiration today.

So Fresh

I found this recipe on Pinterest to make a little concoction for a home deodorizer.  Over the weekend I decided to give it a try and I completely love it!  It is very simple so I thought I would share it with you lovelies! 

Items

1 Lemon

A few sprigs of rosemary

2 Tablespoons of Vanilla

Fill a pot 2/3 full with water

Slice 1 lemon

Add the sliced lemon and rosemary sprigs to the water

Add 2 tablespoons of vanilla to the lemons and rosemary

Bring to a boil (Gets the smell spreading faster throughout the house)

Set to simmer

Then ENJOY!!!

It makes my house smell so homey and I think that's what most strive for.
